The 2009 Carols at the Convent was a great success. Approximately 600 people gathered in the beautiful surrounds of the Abbotsford Convent on Saturday 5 December for a night of fun and Christmas entertainment.
Artists Suzanne Johnston, Alex Rathgeber, John Lidgerwood, Alexandra Lidgerwood and the Mixed Choir (Mercy Hospital for Women Choir, Mount Lilydale Mercy College Choir and Choir of Our Lady of Mercy College) supported by accompanist by Sue Goessling and the Radio Rhythm Orchestra put on an outstanding performance.
