Mercy Mental Health is the provider of public adult mental health services for the south west metropolitan area. Caring for the adult population of Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay and Wyndham councils, it includes rapidly growing areas such as Point Cook, Tarneit and Laverton.
Mercy Mental Health is made up of a number of treating teams who provide specialist assessment, treatment and ongoing care to people who have serious mental health problems. They also give support and advice to families and carers.
We offer bi-lingual case managers (Greek, Croatian and Vietnamese) and have a dual diagnosis worker (drug and alcohol combined with mental illness).Mental health services are delivered via specialist teams at a number of locations (see below).
